For this easy recipe, you just need 4 simple ingredients:
- crushed pineapple
- vanilla ice cream
- vanilla protein powder
How Do I Make Pineapple Freeze?
Layer the ingredients in the blender in this order: pineapple, ice cream, protein powder and ice. Blend until just smooth, but don't overly blend or your Pineapple Freeze will turn out too runny. You can add a dollop of whipped cream when you serve it. Delicious!
